Delivery Policy

Standard delivery (UK mainland only)

All domestic orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, after the end of each deal

The standard delivery costs is £ 3.95 per item purchased (each item comes from a different warehouse or supplier). Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 5 working days from the end of the deal.

Orders coming from outside the UK take 7-10 days to arrive.

Please always provide your full address and postcode when placing an order.


Postal delay/loss

We try our best to meet the delivery timescales quoted, however, there may be delays during very busy periods such as sales or Christmas. There will be no deliveries during bank holidays. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to severe weather, strike action, or any other unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

Any claims for postal loss or delay must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order has not been delivered to you within the timeframe quoted and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Cancelling or changing an order

Please check your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot make changes once the order is dispatched. If you would like to add products to your order you should place a new order.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our returns process below.



If for any reason you are not completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days from the delivery date (or 28 days from the date of the purchase). Please note however that you should always contact us first to arrange the return/refund.

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged, broken, not as described on our site or a different product has been sent by mistake), then we are happy to either replace the product or issue a refund. Please note in any case the original order must be returned to us.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return your order, then we are happy to refund you for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping costs and this has to be reported within 7 working days from the date of receiving the order.

If the delivery is refused by the recipient, we will issue an automatic refund excluding shipping costs.

If you didn’t receive your order, you have 28 days to report the issue from the date of the purchase in order to arrange a replacement or a refund. Otherwise, we will assume that the order was delivered and any attempt to file a claim with your financial institution will be considered as fraud.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible after receiving your return, but please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
